Chef Steffani is our effervescent Food Emcee for the Meet The Chefs Cooking Series. She is a consultant for all things food. You may find her teaching a cooking class one day the next day she may be the Host Chef of a local cooking show. Chef Steffani has worked behind the scenes for a few cookbooks and food magazines across the US. Her consulting takes her to restaurants in need of a facelift, looking to add a little sizzle to their old menu or are in need of a mystery shop to “spy” on their restaurants. Dish: Thyme and rosemary crusted pork tenderloin (from Naylen Farm in Conway, NH). Pan seared and roasted to medium. Garnished with grilled Ramps, roasted garlic and fiddlehead salad.

Danette has been baking and delighting her friends and family with her delectable creations for nearly 40 years. She has trained in sugar artistry classes all around the country to develop elegant wedding cakes and whimsical designs. Her love and passion for baking inspired her to pursue her dreams and open her bakery in North Conway in 2015.
Dish: Danette will be demonstrating how to pipe cornelli lace on cakes along with piping buttercream roses. Enjoy mini cupcakes after the presentation!
